I have two bachelor's degrees in microbiology and physiology. I am volunteering as a lesson helper in mathematics, and English at Oslo Red Cross. I also work part-time as a cook at TGIF restaurant, Oslo.
I am looking for an epidemiology position. This is to help me acquire work experience in Norway and integrate into the Norwegian society while learning and contributing my epidemiological, statistical, research, and scientific skills toward improving the lives of cancer patients. I have worked on research projects with pediatric oncologists from Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Hospital South Africa and have a publication on "pediatric cancer care in Africa". I am always ready to learn new skills and can work efficiently both independently and in multi-cultural teams.
I have a valid residence permit to live and work in Norway. I can communicate and read Norwegian on a B1 level and still attending language class at Lillestrøm voksneopplæring center.
Also, I can proficiently use software such as Stata, SQL, R, GraphPad prism, statistica, joinpoint regression software.
