Event Details

Welcome to the next webinar in the Investor Ready series.

In this webinar, we will go through the main misconceptions that patent attorneys often see:

  • You have a patent, so you are free to use your invention, aren’t you?
  • Getting a patent granted is hard
  • You need to file many patent applications early in your development work
  • You want to get your patents granted quickly
  • Your invention is in the software area, so you won’t be able to get a patent
  • You need to get ‘world-wide’ protection for your invention
