Eimir Hurley is the project lead of the INSPIRE-BIO project of the Norwegian Precision Cancer Medicine Implementation Consortium CONNECT, which is a public-private collaboration driving the implementation of precision cancer medicine.

She is a pharmacoepidemiologist with a background in the leadership and conduct of real-world evidence studies examining drug utilisation, safety, and efficacy.

In addition to her undergraduate degree in pharmacy from Trinity College Dublin, Hurley holds a Master of Biostatistics from the University of Sydney and a PhD in Health Policy from Trinity College Dublin.
