Cancer Mission Hub Norway was established as a national response to the European Union’s Mission on Cancer, to mobilise all stakeholders for collaborations across disciplines, sectors, and local, regional and national levels.

CAR T-cell therapy can be a powerful means of treating cancer, where a patient’s T cells are extracted and modified, before being re-introduced back into the patient to attack cancer cells. Researchers in the CellFit project are working to develop new, more effective methods of producing T cells and assessing their efficacy.

The Norwegian Precision Cancer Medicine Implementation Consortium (CONNECT) is a public-private collaboration driving the implementation of precision cancer medicine, with Oslo Cancer Cluster as coordinator.

The project ECHoS (Establishing of Cancer Mission Hubs: Networks and Synergies) aims to support the implementation of Cancer Mission activities in all member states and associated countries through the establishment and development of Cancer Mission Hubs operating at national, regional and local levels.
