Prof. Tadashi Watabe, M.D., Ph.D.
Associate Professor, Laboratory for Theranostics, Institute for Radiation Sciences, The University of Osaka
Tadashi Watabe is an Associate Professor at the University of Osaka. He is a board-certified nuclear medicine physician with extensive expertise in theranostics and targeted alpha therapy. He serves as the PI of investigator-initiated clinical trials using 211At and PET research involving [18F]FAPI-74, [18F]FBPA, and [11C]HCA2969. He is also the Executive Congress Chair of the Theranostics World Congress 2027.

This mini-symposium builds on the May 5th meeting for the Norwegian radiopharma and theranostics ecosystem, and is part of the joint OUS / UiO RLT- and theranostics initiative coordinated by Caroline Stokke and initiated via the Oslo Science City Gravitational Fields Initiative.
