Precision Medicine is advancing at an unprecedented pace, bringing both opportunities and challenges. A key priority is to establish robust frameworks to ensure the rapid and effective implementation of new diagnostic standards in clinical settings. The Norwegian Gynecological Oncology field has successfully addressed this challenge by conducting an extensive consensus process, resulting in clear, actionable recommendations on the molecular profiles most relevant for clinical practice today. These recommendations have been rapidly adopted and implemented, setting an example for other specialties. In this meeting, we will explore the key success factors behind this process, gain insights into how these strategies can inform other medical fields, and discuss their broader applicability. Furthermore, we will compare and contrast the approaches to Precision Medicine in gynecological oncology between Norway and Sweden, shedding light on cross-border differences and opportunities for collaboration.
