Tor Even Nergård is Executive Director for International Hematology at Eli Lilly, with responsibility for global commercial strategy in blood cancer.

With over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, Tor Even brings solid experience in global strategic leadership and in leading large teams with full P&L responsibility across the Nordics and Germany. He has built and developed organisations through complex commercial launches. He has a strong track record in organisational development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution at the senior executive level in international markets.

He is committed to building bridges between clinical research, regulatory processes, and commercial execution — and sees his board engagement in Oslo Cancer Cluster as a natural extension of Lilly’s existing partnership with the OCC/CONNECT consortium.

He holds a Cand.pharm degree from the University of Oslo.
