The Norwegian Cancer Society is pleased to announce the opening of nominations for its 2025 Innovation Prize.

The winner will be announced on 27 November 2025, during our 10th anniversary celebration of Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park and the official opening of John Ugelstad’s House.

This prestigious award recognizes individuals, companies, or public institutions in Norway that have brought meaningful improvements for cancer patients, showcasing originality, quality, and measurable impact. Nominations should be submitted by September 19th.
The award includes a grant of NOK 300 000.
Any individual or group may submit a nomination. You are encouraged to nominate more than one candidate if relevant; however, each nomination must be submitted through a separate form. Please note that the same person or entity may only receive the prize once.
Each nomination must include a letter of motivation that describes the following:
All nominations will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the Norwegian Cancer Society. The committee will shortlist three candidates, providing justifications for their selections to support the final decisions of the Society’s Board.
